Ketamine Therapy Reasearch and Information
You don’t have to take our word for it, here are some outside sources of information to help you understand if Ketamine Therapy is something you may be interested in.
A shot (less than 5 min) video on the basics of how Ketamine works in the brain.
Dr. Andrew Huberman, a neuroscientist and professor of neurobiology and ophthalmology at Stanford School of Medicine. It’s a long video (1hour and 42min), but pretty comprehensive and covers the important component of neuroplasticity.

There is a lot of information out there about ketamine therapy and treatment. While some is accurate and helpful, some is not. Feel free to read and research elsewhere, just be sure you get your information from reputable sources. Also while we are clearly a fan of Ketamine Therapy, that is only with prescribed and regulated medication under the supervision of a clinical team.
It’s a whole different (unsafe) situation if someone is using recreational “street” ketamine. Please don’t do that. street ketamine is unregulated and frequently cut with other substance. There is no way to really control your dose or make sure you are safe. Self-medicating with street drugs is not safe in general, but trying to replicate ketamine therapy with street ketamine cut with unknown substances at unknown dosages is also unlikely to be therapeutic. When you do Ketamine Therapy with us, we will use a team approach with our prescriber + therapist who work together, and the pharmacy we partner with. We work hard to make sure your usage is therapeutic, helpful, consistent, and safe.
