Telehealth and In-person Appointments
It’s time to get help, however it works best for you.
We understand that everyone’s needs and preferences are different, which is why we offer both telehealth and in-person appointments. Our telehealth services provide a convenient option for those who prefer receiving care from the comfort of their own home. Using secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing technology, you can connect with our experienced professionals for assessments, medication management, and counseling sessions.
For those who prefer face-to-face interaction, our in-person appointments offer a more traditional setting where you can meet our team in a welcoming and comfortable office environment. Whether you choose telehealth or in-person appointments, you can rest assured that you will receive the same high-quality care and attention from our dedicated team. Your journey to better mental health is our priority, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. Note that for some medications, we might be required to see you in person on occasion, based on requirements and our medical team’s assessment. If you have any questions or concerns about that, please feel free to discuss them with our prescriber.
The initial assessment typically involves both a questionnaire you fill out at home, as well as a telehealth 1 hour assessment meeting.
Yes, medication management is (an optional) part of our all-in-one service. We work closely with you to tailor the medication plan to your specific needs. If you don’t want medication, it’s totally not required.
Absolutely. We adhere to strict confidentiality protocols to ensure your privacy and peace of mind.
Yes, you will receive a professional document after the completion of your assessment. This includes a detailed report of your diagnosis, potential treatment plan, and any recommendations for medication or therapy. This paperwork can be useful for your own records, or if you need to communicate your treatment plan with other healthcare providers or institutions. If there is anything specific you would like addressed in the document, please let us know during your assessment. We are happy to include it if appropriate.
Determining if our services are right for you depends on several factors.
Think about if yourself. Think about your life, social situations, and work/school.
Would you (or someone that knows you well) say that you have occasional or frequent issues with inattention, hyperactivity, focus, or impulsiveness? Maybe people might think you “space out” or “hyperfocus” or even lose time when doing something interesting.
Is it hard to focus on boring things like routine reports or mail?
Seeking an assessment might be beneficial. If you suspect you might have ADHD, it doesn’t hurt to get assessed and find out. We also screen for a few other things at the same time that can appear ADHD like, so there are decent odds you find out something about yourself either way.
That’s just fine! If you are just looking for medication or therapy, our provider will still assess your needs at that time (just without a fancy report) and work with you to meet them! We are flexible and will help you at any step on that journey.
